One of those cheapy electric timer things people use for Christmas lights. Plug the crockpot in, set the timer for when you want it to turn on, and voila, no more over cooked meals. Saved me many a time.<BR/><BR/>I say saved, because I suck at cooking lately and haven't made even a crock-pot meal in weeks.
