Serious question.

Okay, this has been making me mental.

In the Jessica Simpson song, "Public Affair" I would almost swear she says the following:

"All the girls steppin' out for a public affair!
All night that's right, 'cause the party don't stop!
All the CAMELS steppin' out for a public affair!"

And then some more crap I can't really understand.

Why would she sing about camels?
Are my ears REALLY that clogged?
Am I just to darn old for Jessica Freaking Simpson?

I really need to know this.

I do believe that the reason you are having trouble understanding those lyrics is due to the fact that you have actual functioning brain cells.

I don't get it either. I don't even try.

Bless you Chick. Have an awesome weekend.

The lyrics are:

All the cameras, come out, for a public affair
Who cares, let's rock, cause the party don't stop

Not that I knew that before reading your blog...I googled it, because I just had to know if the camels had anything to do with buffalo wings or chicken of the sea. You know she gets confused when it comes to animals!

I had to Google it, too. And now...the song is stuck in my head. Fan-freakin'-tastic.

HaHa....she gets confused about animals. I forgot about that.

hehe that is funny. I do the same thing to though and get confused about songs when I get think they are singing something that doesn't make sense.

Camels...hahahaha! Thanks, cuz I really needed me a good laugh. I don't even know this song, because I can't deal with Jessica. But IF she was singing about camels, it wouldn't really surprise me.

There's a song by Mariah Carey and I swear it has the lyric "a calf on commission" and I can't help but get a visual of some cow selling used cars every time I hear it.

I never have figured out the real lyrics (I'm assuming mine aren't correct, but you never know.)

ps.. Long time listener, first time caller. I wandered over from M's ranch.

I'm glad I don't know that song. It would be stuck in my head. But, of course, if I hear it now, I will hear 'camels.'

camel toe..me too Frannie!

I think she has a nice voice, but I can't watch her sing. She is so overly dramatic it is scary.
