Stuff I love: July 24th, 2009 edition.

1)This blog Awful Library Books. I snorted out loud whilst reading. Twice.

2) I'm slightly obsessed with this Pumpkin Squash Ravioli. I am loving the fact that I'm obsessed with something that has both the words "pumpkin" and "squash" in it.

3) The completely ginormous bruise that I have on my stomach (from an injury sustained at the gym. Which I obtained by climbing up on a weight rack to illegally change the channel on the television from some German Techno crap to CNN and then FALLING OFF SAID RACK) is almost gone! Soon, I won't look like an old prostitute anymore! Awesome!

4) I am totally rocking a side pony-tail today. Seriously.

5) I am currently in love with my new book. I would so marry it if I could. I know this opinion may change tomorrow, but right now? I love it. I like it SO much better than this one. And I sleep with that one under my pillow, y'all.

No, just lying. But still.

6) I have been OP (It's a Weight Watchers term) for this whole week. I mean, not just Points. With my water, my exercise, my vitamins...everything. I'm going to make the scale my bitch come Monday morning.

The side ponytail! I wish I'd thought of that. I'm doing the Maid Marian sides twisted to form a wreath around my head thing. Meant to make me feel fresh and young. I think it kind of makes me look old...

I'm sooo glad you're loving your book today. :) Best feeling in the world! (Almost.)

Great, now I have to go find the pumpkin ravioli. For my family's sake I hope the market has it

The Lean Cuisine butternut squash ravioli is MUCH better than the Healthy Choice, in my opinion.

I'm picturing you as the chick from Napoleon Dynamite (with the side ponytail)

Am reading your book now and LOVING it!

I love love love the pumpkin ravioli! But now that I read your comments, I'm not sure which ravioli I love. I love one of them, though!

I will be making the scale squeal with the weight of my fat ass crushing it.
I gained some weight the last few weeks but for a good reason! Yes, there really is a "good" reason to gain weight. For the 400th time, I have quit smoking! I think I only gained 10 pounds. I hope it's only 10. If I get on and it's more- I will cry.
Aren't you thrilled when I leave barely understandable comments?

At least you know where your bruise came from. I usually find these gigantic bruises and have no recollection of how I got them.

That website is awesome, by the way! I work in a large academic library -- I bet I could find some good ones in the stacks!
